A corporate Christmas party for 300 children of staff members

A working group was formed of PA’s working for senior management to make the event tailored to their people and to also communicate on a more frequent basis with in-house departments including; catering, office facilities, AV and management.
Creating a great working relationship with the PA group and achieving their buy-in was key to making this event a success in a large company.
Converting the main auditorium into a winter wonderland with different activity tents where children could create crafts assisted by winter fairies was a great way to keep 300 children amused for a longer period of time. A Christmas cinema decked out as a family living room with films on loop, allowed children of all ages to have some quiet time out.
A festive spread donated by in-house caterers, the London Gospel Choir to lead the carol service and Father Christmas pulled in by sleigh to deliver every child a present was the icing on the cake. This magical winter wonderland delivered everything that was requested and more…… lots of smiling children and adults a like – a truly magical Christmas eve morning.
What an amazing setting you created – I couldn’t believe it was actually the auditorium. The activity tents, cinema, food and on-hand Christmas fairies to guide the children between rooms was a stroke of genius! Our children had an amazing time and now think of mummies work as somewhere super exciting! They can’t wait to return next year. Thank you so much.
